Thus, Vladyslava Rutytska, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine for European Integration highlighted that “Our global partners are: Canada, USA, EU, China, Japan, and other countries – interested in the turnover intensification with Ukraine. In the perspective the domestic agro sector is able to increase the production especially of agricultural products and grain, afterwards the further issue appears: there are quality goods valued around the world, but there is a lack of power for its transportation. We have a little component of the river logistics, only 5%. For instance, in the USA the amount of river conveyance is over 50% and it’s amount is 2 times lower than railway transportation. “The Silk Route” delivery is also principle for us: logistics on time is important and has to stay within 10-12 days. Furthermore, deregulation and flight against corruption for us is prior. We will fight against corruption and proceed it fast and efficient, especially for business”.
Mikheil Saakashvili, Head, Odessa Regional State Administration highlighted that “Major infrastructure projects at the first stage are to implement exclusively foreign companies. It is necessary to establish powerful international companies set a high standard of road construction. Ukrainians learn fast, in few years with following this scheme we will have good roads. Necessary to understand that infrastructure – is not only the issue of comfort, but also to the brand of the country, even its national security”.
Note that the development of infrastructure is quite important for Ukraine today and requires decisive action by both government and business. Quickly and efficiently improve the infrastructure of the country is possible only together, in a mode of public-private partnership, involving investment and international experience.
The company “ArtBudService” is a strategic partner of the Forum, and thereby confirms its willingness to participate in real projects to improve the infrastructure of Ukraine cities and cooperate with international companies.
