This project was implemented within the framework of the US Government’s humanitarian assistance program (EUCOM).

When the hostel was reconstructed, all the exterior walls of the building were insulated, the entrance doors were replaced, thermal insulation under the roof was arranged and the paths along the perimeter of the building were equipped. Concrete visors are dismantled and replaced with new ones from metal.

In the backyard of the building parking for motor vehicles was built.

The program was aimed at improving the living conditions of people who had to move. In this reconstruction, the energy efficiency of the building has been increased, and modern materials and technologies have been applied.
