Site Manager

Since 2010, the construction company ‘Art Bud Service’ has been delivering large-scale turnkey industrial and commercial projects across Ukraine. Due to business expansion and the launch of new projects, we are seeking an experienced site manager: Construction Site Manager.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Construction site management: full organisation, coordination and direct supervision of the construction process on site.
• Logistics and material supply: timely ordering, acceptance, incoming quality control and strict accounting of building materials and structures.
• Supervision of work crews: setting clear production targets for work crews, monitoring the work of contractors and subcontractors.
• Volume control and acceptance of works: acceptance of completed works, accurate calculation of volumes completed by teams and individual workers.
• Production planning: drawing up and weekly updating of operational schedules, monitoring the timely execution of the site’s overall construction and installation schedule.
• Quality and technology: ensuring that construction and installation works are carried out strictly in accordance with the project documentation, adhering to the technological sequence.
• Health and safety and documentation: maintaining current technical and as-built documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

Candidate requirements:

• Education: a degree in construction.
• Work experience: experience in the construction of large-scale industrial, logistics or civil engineering projects.
• Professional knowledge: in-depth knowledge of state building regulations (DBN, SNiP), foundation construction techniques and the installation of sheet piling for excavation pits.
• Management skills: experience in effectively managing a large number of construction teams, ability to anticipate and prevent delays in related technical processes.
• Hard Skills: proficient PC user (MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project).
