Construction Project Manager

The construction company ArtBudService is looking to recruit an experienced professional to join its team. Since 2010, we have been delivering large-scale turnkey industrial and commercial projects across Ukraine. Due to business expansion, we have an opening for a Construction Project Manager.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Construction project management: full organisation, coordination and control of processes from start to handover.
  • Construction scheduling: developing work schedules, setting deadlines and milestones.
  • Budget control: preparing, maintaining, optimising and making timely adjustments to the project budget.
  • Construction schedule control: monitoring contractors’ work in accordance with the approved schedule.
  • Resource management: approving the scope, quantity and cost of material, technical and human resources.
  • Construction documentation: overseeing the signing of completion certificates with clients and subcontractors.
  • Communication and reporting: systematising, storing and promptly sharing project information within the team.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience: a proven track record in a similar role within the commercial/industrial construction sector.
  • Education: a degree in construction or a related field
  • Hard skills: proficient user of specialist software — MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office.
  • Soft skills: strong negotiation skills, effective conflict resolution, ability to work under pressure, leadership qualities.
  • Mobility: willingness to undertake regular business trips within Ukraine.
