Site Foreman

Since 2010, the construction company ‘Art Bud Service’ has been successfully delivering large-scale turnkey industrial and commercial projects across Ukraine. Due to staff expansion and the launch of new projects, we are inviting an active professional to join our team: a site foreman.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Stock management and record-keeping: organising the efficient receipt of building materials, structures and equipment on site, ensuring their correct storage and maintaining accurate records.
  • Project supervision: directly ensuring that construction and installation works (CIW) are carried out in strict accordance with the approved project documentation.
  • Technical supervision: daily monitoring and ensuring compliance with the correct technical sequence of construction operations.
  • Quality of work: quality control of work carried out by work crews at every stage of construction.
  • Operational record-keeping: organising and maintaining daily operational records of the volume of construction work completed on one’s section.
  • Working with contractors: daily monitoring of the activities, deadlines and quality of work of the contracted organisations involved.
  • Health and safety: ensuring strict compliance with health and safety and industrial hygiene regulations on site.

Candidate requirements:

  • Education: a degree or a specialist secondary qualification in construction
  • Work experience: at least one year’s experience in a similar role within the residential, commercial or industrial construction sector.
  • Hard Skills: confident computer user with a practical understanding of AutoCAD, MS Office and Excel)
  • Mobility: willingness to undertake regular business trips to the company’s sites throughout Ukraine.
