Surveyor

Since 2010, the construction company ‘Art Bud Service’ has been delivering large-scale turnkey industrial and commercial projects across Ukraine. Due to the expansion of our project portfolio and the launch of new projects, we are inviting a professional to join our team: a surveyor.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Surveying support: full execution of a range of surveying works directly on the construction site.
• Marking-out works: accurate field transfer and marking of building axes, structures and linear features.
• Drawing up official reports on the completion of surveying and marking work and handing over established elevation benchmarks to site supervisors.
• Instrumental control: carrying out regular spot checks on work performed by construction teams to ensure compliance with design parameters and geometric accuracy.
• Deformation monitoring: real-time monitoring of potential movements, settlement and deformations of structures, building elements and structures during the construction process.
• Documentation and surveying: maintaining a general log of surveying works, carrying out as-built surveys and preparing as-built drawings based on the results of construction stages.

Candidate requirements:

• Education: a relevant degree.
• Work experience: at least 3 years’ experience in surveying work within industrial or commercial construction, either domestically or abroad, in a similar role.
• Qualifications: valid construction and surveying licences.
• Hard Skills: proficient user of specialist software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, Excel).
• Mobility: full readiness for regular business trips to the company’s construction sites across Ukraine.
