Renovation of the facilities of furniture component manufacturer VIYAR

The reconstruction allowed to increase the productivity and safety of the complex and create modern working conditions for the staff.

As part of the second phase of construction, the production and storage building (Building No. 102) and staff facilities were renovated, and a boiler room and Overpass №1 were constructed, along with the installation of external utility networks.

Reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures, modernization of power supply, heating, and ventilation systems, as well as the implementation of modern water supply, sewerage, and fire safety systems were carried out.

The completed work has increased the complex’s operational efficiency, ensured the stable operation of engineering systems, and brought the facility into compliance with modern technical and safety standards.​
