Production and Technical Engineer
Since 2010, the construction company ArtBudService has been delivering large-scale turnkey industrial and commercial projects across Ukraine. Due to business expansion and an increase in the number of projects, we are inviting a qualified specialist to join our team: Production and Technical Department Engineer (PTD).
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Work volume accounting: accurate calculation and record-keeping of main and additional volumes of construction and installation works (CIW).
- Cumulative records: systematic maintenance and updating of cumulative records for projects.
- Design and cost estimate documentation (DCD): analysis, compliance checks and maintenance of a clear register of design and cost estimate documentation.
- Cost optimisation: analysis of resource efficiency, minimisation of production costs and strict accounting of construction material costs.
- Construction documentation: verification, analysis, accounting, preparation and timely handover to the client of complete technical and construction documentation.
- Technical supervision: quality control and verification of building materials and equipment against approved design solutions directly on site.
- Tender documentation: detailed calculation of actual material quantities based on tender drawings and specifications.
Candidate requirements:
- Education: a degree in a relevant construction discipline
- Work experience: experience in a similar role (construction engineer, quantity surveyor) within the commercial or industrial construction sector.
- Hard Skills: confident computer user with essential practical knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel and MS Project.
- Mobility: willingness to undertake regular business trips to the company’s construction sites across Ukraine.
